Robyn Green, Founder & Lead Consultant

Robyn brings deep experience in crisis leadership, emergency management and government systems to organisations facing complex challenges.

She has extensive senior executive experience leading high-performing teams in high-pressure environments, advising elected leaders and operating in sensitive and secure government contexts.

Her executive career includes leading the SA Government Cabinet Office, the Security, Emergency and Recovery Management team, and the State’s Recovery from the 2019–2020 Bushfires.

Robyn specialises in helping organisations:

translate operational experience into practical policy, strategy and plans
strengthen team and individual leadership capability, and
build teams and cultures that can adapt and thrive.

Her approach to every situation is to find practical solutions through critical thinking, curiosity and compassion. Robyn sees every challenge as an opportunity to grow and build new connections.

She is particularly interested in helping leaders transition from operational roles into senior executive leadership, supporting organisations through periods of change and helping communities build long-term resilience.

Robyn grew up in Brisbane and has lived and worked in Adelaide, Darwin and remote parts of the ‘Top End’. She has formal qualifications in leading change, public relations and organisational communication.
